Joe Forkey

Dr. Joseph Forkey brings over thirty years of experience in interdisciplinary optical technology, spanning both academic and industrial settings, in the medical device and defense/aerospace markets. Joe is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the company and ensuring that appropriate resources are available and properly deployed to achieve corporate goals. Joining POC in 2003, Joe took over as CEO in 2011 and has built and led a highly competent team of technology, business, and manufacturing experts, achieving significant company growth through increased customer engagement and targeted acquisitions. He continues to be engaged in understanding advances in optical and imaging technologies, as well as commercial market dynamics, to pursue strategic partnerships and translate new technical opportunities into next-generation products that meet advanced customer requirements and drive business growth.

Dr. Willard Noyes

Co-Founder • Outlook Surgical Endoscopy

Dr. Noyes is an Otorhinolaryngologist with over 30 years of surgical experience. Educated at Thomas Jefferson University and trained at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Noyes applies his surgical expertise to advance medical technologies that enhance outcomes for both patients and healthcare providers. He holds many U.S. and international patents related to surgical endoscopy, orthopedic arthroscopy, 3D additive manufacturing, and neurostimulation. He serves as Head of Otolaryngology for Christie Clinic in Bloomington, IL. Dr. Noyes co-founded Outlook Surgical Endoscopy Systems in 2017 and now serves as Chief Medical and Innovation Officer. He is a scientific advisor to Decision Sciences Medical Corporation and Capri Medical Corporation.

Tehzeeb Gunja

Director of Medical Marketing • OmniVision

Tehzeeb Gunja joined OmniVision in August 2011 as Partnership and Business Development Manager for the EMEA region and was appointed Director of Medical Marketing, leading the medical business in March 2015. His current responsibilities involve leading the medical business at OmniVision, including strategy formulation, product management, ecosystem, and business development. Prior to joining OmniVision, he was with Nokia Mobile Phones in a number of roles, including DSP Software Team Leader and Sr. System Specialist, where he was involved with the integration of the first GPS subsystem inside a mobile phone and was responsible for system design and integration of wireless systems, mobile phone cameras, displays, and imaging solutions. Over the years, Tehzeeb has been the recipient of awards for outstanding managerial and technical contributions and excellence in leadership. Tehzeeb holds a B.S. degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University in 1993.

Tony Watson

Chief Operating Officer • Xenecor

Tony Watson spent 20 years in leadership, marketing, and sales for medical device companies, including Medtronic, Covidien, US Surgical, and Valleylab, refining his understanding of the complex relationships between providers, administrators, and the industry and how to succeed in this space. His strong suits are execution, leadership, and team development, all of which are grounded in a genuine care for both patients and employees alike, as well as accountability, detailed planning, and analysis. He has extensive go-to-market experience, having supported over 5,000 surgical procedures and 35 device launches. Tony is now focused on bringing the Saberscope to market to improve procedures, lower costs, and simplify operational flow, with the goal of ultimately increasing access to high-quality laparoscopic care. Tony earned a BS in Marketing from St. Cloud State University and an MBA in the Medical Device Industry from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Tiffini Wittwer

Founder & CEO • MedEdge

Tiffini Wittwer, MPH is the Founder and CEO of MedEdge, where she has led global regulatory, clinical, and commercialization strategies resulting in FDA clearances and international approvals for more than 50 medical devices. She is also Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at Machina Medical, a start-up advancing novel hemostatic and wound-care technologies. With over 25 years of leadership in medical devices, including roles at Artelon (acquired by Stryker), Embrella Cardiovascular (acquired by Edwards Lifesciences), and Cardica (IPO in 2006), Tiffini has guided startups through pivotal approvals, acquisitions, and market growth. She also established Ethiopia’s first ISO 13485-compliant medical device manufacturer and has taught biomedical engineering and global health at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Jon Everett

VP Engineering • Precision Optics Corporation

As the Vice President of Engineering at Precision Optics, Jon Everett leads the team responsible for Product Development from concept through production, delivering innovative, practical optical and electronic imaging system designs that take manufacturability, timeline, and budget into account. Jon has spent his entire 30+ year career in the optics industry, holding positions in technical leadership, program management, and product development for suppliers and manufacturers of electro-optical products for military, medical, industrial, and commercial applications.
